Family Wellness Plan

$179 +/month tax for 2-4 enrolled family members 18+ , auto-debited on the 1st of each month. This price will be for all enrolled members
Minimum of 3 months
2 visits per month for weight loss, BHRT or general medical/urgent care

Ellen Brown, a nurse practitioner with 25+ years on the front lines of ER, trauma, cath lab, and ICU care, founded Stacy Wellness Center to deliver medicine that truly listens. Her global service work in Haiti and Guatemala—and even an appearance on Trauma: Life in the E.R.—shaped a patient-first approach. 
 
Ellen specializes in BHRT and comprehensive weight management, creating personalized programs that treat the person, not just the lab results.
Backed by 25+ years in ER/ICU/trauma and advanced NP training, Ellen delivers functional and integrative treatments with individualized care.
